By accessing or utilizing our website or any gooabb digital products (such as Nuor, Gooabb Auth, Gooabb Ads, or software repositories), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and applicable Egyptian laws and regulations.

2. User Accounts & Single Sign-On (Gooabb Auth)

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all actions conducted under your account.
• Data Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and updated information upon registration and keep your account details current.
• Prohibited Actions: Any attempt to compromise system integrity, circumvent authentication barriers, or perform denial-of-service activities is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Trademarks

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, trade names, brand assets associated with gooabb and its products (Nuor, Gooabb Auth, Gooabb Ads), software source code, and design architecture remain the exclusive property of gooabb (JobX Software Engineering LLC), protected under Egyptian Law and international treaties, except where explicitly released under Open Source software licenses.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

• You may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Unauthorized reverse engineering, automated data scraping, or database extraction without prior written consent is strictly forbidden.
• Publishing defamatory, infringing, or malicious content within the Nuor platform or any of our ecosystem products is strictly barred.

5. Advertising Policies (Gooabb Ads)

Advertisers and publishers within the Gooabb Ads network must adhere to ethical standards and content compliance rules. We maintain the right to suspend or terminate campaigns that deceive users, infringe upon rights, or violate our quality benchmarks.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid tiers, subscriptions, and services are billed in accordance with clearly disclosed platform terms and processed securely via certified payment providers. Refund and cancellation rules are specified prior to completing checkout for each product.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While gooabb employs reasonable commercial measures to preserve service uptime and security, we are not liable for disruptions resulting from external internet backbone failures, force majeure events, or unauthorized user activity.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt (including Egyptian Companies Law No. 159 of 1981 and Intellectual Property Law). Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
